These terms govern your use of Provenly, operated by GetMax Healthcare Solutions Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Provenly.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be legally eligible to work and to enter these terms.
2. Accurate & honest profiles
Provenly is built on verifiable, truthful information. You agree that the profile, experience, references and documents you provide are genuine and yours to share. Misrepresentation, impersonation, or submitting others’ data without permission may result in removal and account termination.
3. References & verification
When you nominate a referee, you confirm you have a legitimate basis to share their contact details for the purpose of a reference check. Verification responses reflect the referee’s input; Provenly facilitates but does not independently guarantee any third party’s statements.
4. Employers
Employers may view public profiles and contact candidates only for genuine hiring purposes. Harvesting, reselling, spamming, or discriminatory use of candidate data is prohibited.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- No automated scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass access controls.
- No uploading malware or content you don’t have the right to share.
6. Job listings
Some open roles are aggregated from third-party sources and shown for convenience. We don’t control or guarantee those listings; applications made on external sites are governed by those sites’ terms.
7. Service “as is”
Provenly is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We may modify or discontinue features.
8. Termination
You may delete your account any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
9. Governing law
